Spokane Cab was launched in June, 1942 by Paul and Charles Sandifur with ten Packard cabs. The brothers also owned the Spokane Packard dealership. Spokane Chronicle, 1942-06-09 p. 3. Paul and Charles died in 1991 and 1989 respectively.
